At St. David's Medical Center our volunteers are a vital part of our healthcare team and make a lasting difference in our patients’ lives. The St. David's Healthcare Volunteers have been supporting the hospital and the Austin community since 1955. Our mission is “To provide exceptional services and support to our patients, our hospital, and our community.”
Annually, the St. David’s Volunteers award scholarship to student pursuing healthcare related fields. In 2010, they awarded $93,750 to 31 students. To learn more about the scholarship program and for the current scholarship application click here.
