Heart Hospital of Austin encourages family members to stay around-the-clock with patients, and a sleeper bed is provided in every patient room. In most cases families are allowed to wait in patients' rooms as they emerge from surgery.

Our 24-hour visitor policy ensures patients have love and support available whenever they need it. It keeps a patient's spirits high and allows family members to witness first-hand the care and treatments that their loved one is receiving. Intensive Care Unit /Cardiovascular

Intensive Care Unit - 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. (After 10:30 p.m. only one person is allowed until 6:00 a.m.)
